Sapphire has truly been a God-send for my wife's and my computer issues. The technicians are extremely knowledgable, helpful, kind, and patient with and for us. In particular, Peter has helped us during our past few calls. We are so thankful for his wonderful help! A couple things to mention are that the phone connections tend to always be poor with much static and feedback. We are also frequently cut off in mid-conversation. Also it appears your technicians are working in a bullpen structure where the background conversations are distracting. Personnel-wise, though, we love you guys!

Customer service is always responsive and thorough. i have had several issues with the most recent product upgrades I purchased recently. the problems have been resolved in all cases, however it has been time consuming and I hope I can get back to just a monthly checkup.

This was a difficult experience. Yesterday was a normal update with two additional questions. It took some time to assign a technician, but I had allowed most of my afternoon, just to be safe. I asked to be called when the process was complete, but received no call when the time arrived that I had to leave the house. Checking the screen, I saw no activity and did not see the glowing icon that usually describes your presence. Not wishing to leave the computer open and running while I was out for five hours, I shut it down. Minutes later, as I was walking out the door, your tech called, asking me to turn it back on. I did not have time, so he asked me to call back when I did have time. I called this morning, mentioning to Thomas that the Sapphire shortcut on my screen was not working. He seemed not to understand what had occurred and I had to repeat several times that John and Oliver had been the technicians from yesterday. The telephone connection was quite noisy, making the whole transaction even harder.

I was very happy with the outcome of my problem and will definitely use Sapphire again. The only criticism I would have is sometimes they are without patience with their customers. I know this from past experiences I've had with them. Sometimes a customer will ask questions that seem irrelevant to the technician, however the technician needs to realize that what they are doing is totally Greek to to customer and they need to be more understanding of why the customer is asking the questions.
Overall, I feel they are qualified to repair computer/printer problems no matter what they are. Thank you for fixing my problems.

I kept Thomas busy for over an hour. As confused as I was, he got me to understand and remember how to do the important tasks I WANT TO DO ALL BY MYSELF, when he or any other representative is not at "my side."

We are always satisfied with the service we receive from any of your agents..I spoke with Josh & he recommended a firewall security program as my security was at risk & offered me a special deal for $250 for 3 years..I accepted but explained I could not pay until February 12th. Jose said he would set it up today & call back on the 12th to receive payment from me. I did forget to mention if we still have to pay the $10 monthly which my husband David Garnett is paying or will the $250 take care of everything for the next 3 years..I will give them a quick call back..Spoke with John & he told me that when I pay the $250 the $10 will stop..I will have to speak with someone on the 12th when I call back.. The last operator i spoke to told me the payment was not taken out the account but that it was only authorized, i checked the account and it was deducted, Please be sure to reverse the transaction within 3 days as promised. After 3 years we are very satisfied with the service we have received from Sapphire Softtech Solutions. They have been very courteous and helpful. I am really happy that I now have 18 months without a payment and then have the option to renew my contract at the end of that time.
They let me know all along the way of fixing my computer what they were doing. It was also very nice that I didn't have to haul my computer out of the house and down to a computer tech place to have it fixed.
I have been very pleased and have my virus protection through them as part of my contract.

My customer number is SSS118994. I dealt with 3 Sapphire technicians after purchasing an HP printer and encountering a problem right away. The first technician was excellent and created an enjoyable environment for dealing with my problem which had to do with trying to print wirelessly. The next day I was experiencing a problem with the paper jamming without exception. I called the second technician. He was professional and helpful. That technician recommended returning the printer, getting another new printer and contacting Sapphire again. I configured the new printer myself based on the experience that I had with the first two technicians. I then called Sapphire and spoke to the third technician. Since everything was already working fine, that call was brief as the technician checked and verified that everything was indeed working fine.

I would strongly suggest you get your technicians "noise cancelling" headphones. I could hear all the other people who were not helping customers having fun, joking, and saying things customers should not hear. It's very distracting and loud.

I think this is a great service and recommend you to my friends and family.
The only thing that would be good is to try to eliminate some of the back ground noise when speaking with a technician as it is difficult to hear the technician when they are speaking over the phone.

Charles had finished my first request. I asked him about a second different task. This involved me getting a printer ready with ink cartridges. We agreed for him to call me back in around 10 minutes. I waited around 30 minutes to elapse and I called Sapphire. Another agent indicated that he would call; me shortly, which he did. He apologized for the delay which, which I appreciated. I would just like to say that Adam was very patient with me, and I was not making it easy on him. I'm not a computer person, I'm a nurse, and I didn't follow instructions very well, I'm afraid. My technician, Roderick was very patient with me and was also very competent in fixing my problem. He never got angry with me and trust me, I gave him reasons to get angry! I am not a computer person - I am a Nurse. So he took the time necessary to explain what was wrong with my computer, which helped me to understand the problem. Everyone I have dealt with is very patient with me. Sometimes between the tech and my hearing/processing difficulties I ask them to repeat themself, they are always kind and patient with me. This is very important to me as I don't like dealing with people who take on an attitude or become unkind, and it certainly doesn't help the situation to help me understand what they are asking me to do.
